 ABOUT RAE LEVINE


Rae Levine specializes in collaborative organizational change. Her management and consulting experience spans over twenty years with a broad range of non-profit, public, and private sector organizations. She holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.S. in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

Prior to starting her own practice in 1988, Rae was a senior consultant and managing director with Interaction Associates, Inc., an internationally known consulting and training firm. She was the lead designer and product development manager of Mastering Meetings for Results, a premier course on effective meetings and team problem solving. 

Rae’s earlier experience includes co-founding a worker-managed interstate trucking company, serving as Director of Operations for a non-profit employment and training agency, and creating partnerships of business, education, and labor organizations to train unemployed workers as solar energy systems installers. 

Along with her organization development consulting practice, she serves as executive director (part time) of the Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM), a community land trust set up to expand affordable housing in a  rural area north of San Francisco.  She volunteers as a mediator with the Community Mediation Board of West Marin and has participated in human rights delegations in Latin America and the Middle East.
